What a great trip - the memory of this trip will last a lifetime. The scenery was spectacular - the food surprisingly delicious. The value was super tremendous. Now when we see western movies with Monument Valley in the background - just takes us right back there on our fun jeep ride. EVERYTHING was fantastic. and the People made it a real JOY.
Zion park mule ride - the views - spectacular - and the mule handler in the park was absolute best - he knew his animals and how to match up with the riders.
The people who generally take these kinds of trips are earthy - and therefore friendly by nature.
We've traveled quite bit - and this was one of the best trip packages.
Caravan Tours hope you get another trip together for Montana, New Newico Wyoming areas. I'm sure that would be great country to see.

Both were excellent, and the guides are superior, almost like history professors, but the type who make history come alive. We have no complaints whatsoever. |

| Rating: Reviewed on: 03/27/2005 Review: Just finished the Mexico's Ancient Civilizations tour, which starts in Mexico city and ends in Cancun and lasts about 10 days. WE took the tour because it was less expensive, but, it was really quite good. The hotel in Mexico City was the best in the city. Really the same in other cities too. the meals were all included and good enough. the tour director was excellent and the local guides were really helpful. Veracruz was a lot of fun at night and the ruins were also amazing. We saw Teotihuacan, Palenque, Uxmal, Chichenitza and a couple around Oaxaca (spelling may be off a bit.) anyway would recommend. |
